1. Who is responsible
The Bloco Justo: Block Puzzle 8x8 app for Android, distributed on Google Play, is published by Clebert Labs / Clebert Figueiredo (“we”), the controller of the data processed by the app.
- Privacy and support contact: contato@clebsf.dev
- Website: https://clebsf.dev/
2. Summary
- No account and no login. We never ask for your name, email or phone.
- The game works offline. Without internet nothing is sent, and events wait in a queue on the device.
- Your save and settings stay on your device.
- Google AdMob ads appear only at the bottom of the menu, after the result of a Classic game and, if you choose, in an optional video to continue. Never during a game, in the Daily or in the tutorial.
- Firebase (Google) receives only anonymous gameplay events and crash reports. Turn this off in Menu › Settings › Privacy › "Send usage data".
3. Data that stays on your device
Not sent to us or to anyone else:
- your save (progress, records, cosmetic coins, themes, Daily streak);
- your settings (theme, sound, vibration, accessibility and privacy choices);
- the instance ID, a random identifier (UUID) created on the device. It is shown in About with a "Copy" button and is never sent anywhere. It only lets you identify yourself to support, if you want.
If Android backup is on, it copies only save.json, save.bak and prefs.json to your Google account. That backup is managed by Google and by you; we have no access to it. Uninstalling the app or clearing its data removes everything from the device.
4. Ads: Google AdMob
Where ads appear:
- banner: only at the bottom of the menu;
- interstitial: only after the result of a Classic mode game;
- rewarded video (optional): to continue at Classic game over, only if you choose.
No ads appear during a game, in the Daily or in the tutorial.
According to Google, the AdMob SDK automatically collects and shares the IP address (approximate location), app interactions, diagnostics and device identifiers such as the Android advertising ID and app set ID. This data is used for advertising, measurement and fraud prevention, and is encrypted in transit.

5. Consent and personalized ads
Consent is handled by Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP).
- Where the law requires it, such as the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland, the app asks for your consent before any ad.
- Elsewhere, such as Brazil, Google may show personalized ads based on the device's advertising ID.
How to limit or change this:
- In the app: Menu › Settings › Privacy › "Ad privacy". Google's options appear there when they are required in your region; otherwise the app shows a notice that they are not available.
- On Android: Settings › Google › Ads › "Delete advertising ID" (the path may vary by device).
- In your Google account: https://myadcenter.google.com
Declining or limiting changes nothing in the game.
6. Usage and crashes: Firebase (Google)
Google Analytics for Firebase and Firebase Crashlytics receive only anonymous gameplay events and crash reports:
- game start and end (mode and score);
- Daily completed;
- tutorial completed;
- save failures and recovery;
- ad lifecycle (for example, loaded or shown);
- start of the "Remove ads" purchase.
Analytics does not collect the advertising ID and does not use ad personalization signals: ad_storage, ad_user_data and ad_personalization are always denied. It uses the Firebase installation ID and, like any internet service, receives the IP address, used to estimate the region. We set no user ID. Crashlytics sends the crash trace, device model and Android version.
How to turn it off: Menu › Settings › Privacy › "Send usage data". It is on by default. Turning it off stops Analytics, Crashlytics and Remote Config immediately.
Retention: Google keeps Analytics event data for 2 months and Crashlytics crash reports for 90 days.

Firebase Remote Config: fetched only while "Send usage data" is on, at most once per hour, and used only to limit how often ads appear.
7. "Remove ads" purchase
The purchase goes through Google Play Billing, with no server of ours. We never receive your card details. It removes the banner and the interstitial. The rewarded video to continue stays available because it is optional.
Google's policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy
8. Legal bases (GDPR art. 6 and LGPD art. 7)
- Performance of the service: the game and the purchase.
- Legitimate interest: anonymous statistics, crash fixing and ads outside the EEA, always with an opt-out.
- Consent: ads and access to device information where the law requires it (EEA, UK and Switzerland, via UMP).
9. Sharing
We share data only with Google (AdMob, Firebase and Google Play) and, through AdMob, with Google's ad partners according to your choices. Google may process data outside your country under the safeguards in its policies. We do not sell personal data.

10. Children
Bloco Justo is for people 13 and older and is not part of the Google Play Families program. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child used the app, write to contato@clebsf.dev.
11. Your rights
Under the GDPR and Brazil's LGPD you may request access, correction, deletion and portability, ask who we share data with, withdraw consent and object to processing. You may also complain to your data protection authority (in Brazil, the ANPD: https://www.gov.br/anpd).
In practice:
- turn off "Send usage data" and use "Ad privacy" in the app;
- delete the advertising ID on Android;
- write to contato@clebsf.dev.
12. Security
Data sent to Google is encrypted in transit (TLS). Local data stays in the app's private storage.
13. Changes
We may update this policy. The effective date at the top shows the current version, and relevant changes will be announced in the app or on the Play listing.
